Return Process — 4 Simple Steps
If your product isn't what you expected, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery by following these steps:

Contact us to request a return
Email our support team at support@coovra.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Return eligibility confirmed
Our support team reviews your order and sends packing instructions, along with details on who covers the return shipping cost (see section 03).

Pack & ship the product back
Pack the product along with all included accessories (charging cable, connector tips, carrying case...) and ship it to the address provided.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, COOVRA™ issues a refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, your product needs to meet the following conditions:
Product is intact, with no damage or dents from impact
All included accessories are returned: charging cable, connector tips, carrying case, user manual
Products that have been tried out for testing are still accepted (original seals are not required)
Not accepted if the product was damaged through improper use (e.g. water exposure to the wrong component, unauthorized disassembly of electrical parts)
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
COOVRA™ Covers Cost
Product Defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect (damaged on arrival, faulty components, not performing to published specs), COOVRA™ covers the full round-trip shipping cost.
Customer Covers Cost
Change of Mind
If the product works as intended but the customer changes their mind or no longer needs it, the customer covers the cost of shipping the product back to COOVRA™.

All COOVRA™ products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects:

When Returns & Warranty Don't Apply
The product has been used for more than 30 days with no technical defect
The product was damaged by natural disaster, fire, or an unforeseeable accident
The product has been disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized third party
